Who we are

Tradeable is an iOS app for UK sole trader tradespeople, published by PeacoLabs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. If you have any questions about these terms, contact us at mark@peacolabs.co.uk.

The service

Tradeable provides quoting, invoicing, and expense tracking for UK sole traders. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms.

Making Tax Digital (MTD) for Income Tax submissions to HMRC is coming soon. These terms will be updated before that feature is released.

Free tier and subscription

Tradeable is free to download. Free accounts may have up to 3 active jobs at a time. A Premium subscription removes this limit and unlocks additional features.

• Monthly plan — £14.99 per month
• Annual plan — £119.99 per year

Subscriptions are purchased through Apple and billed via your App Store account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone's App Store settings. We do not issue refunds for partially used subscription periods; Apple's standard refund policy applies.

HMRC Making Tax Digital submissions

Tradeable will allow you to submit quarterly income and expense updates and a Final Declaration to HMRC under the Making Tax Digital for Income Tax Self Assessment scheme. By connecting your HMRC account you authorise Tradeable to make these submissions on your behalf using the income and expense figures you provide.

You are responsible for ensuring the figures you submit to HMRC are accurate and complete. Tradeable transmits the data you enter; we do not verify or audit it. Tradeable accepts no liability for penalties, interest, or other consequences arising from incorrect or late submissions.

Your responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Tradeable.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must not use Tradeable for any unlawful purpose.
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the app.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of any data submitted to HMRC through the app.

Limitation of liability

Tradeable is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Tradeable excludes all liability for:

• Loss of income, profit, or business opportunity
• HMRC penalties or interest arising from submissions made through the app
• Data loss caused by device failure, connectivity issues, or third-party service outages
• Any indirect or consequential loss

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from Me → Settings → Delete Account in the app. This permanently deletes all your data from our servers, subject to data we are required to retain under UK law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees already paid.

Intellectual property

All content, design, and code within Tradeable is owned by Tradeable or its licensors. Your data (jobs, customers, invoices, expenses) remains yours. We do not claim ownership of any data you enter into the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
